Reviews of Old Vienna

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the historic district and is just a short walk from many of the city's top attractions, as well as an excellent bakery around the corner. The rooms had an old-world feel, were comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the historic dining room was a great way to start the day. The only downside was the difficult stairs leading to the hotel.

The decor is wonderful. The food and services are excellent. The room was very comfortable. the bathroom has underfloor heating. The staff were particularly kind and considerate. I had an accident during the trip, and they were very helpful in obtaining medical services. They were also very patient with my lack of Russian.
The only thing I did not like was the unguarded entrance area, shared with the apartments above. Guests enter from the street and ascend a set of concrete steps before arriving at the hotel's own doorway. The entrance could be greatly improved if the hall and stairway were decorated, and a guard or maintenance officer were stationed inside the outer door.

This hotel is an absolute gem in the city center! The location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the Hermitage and other major attractions. Plus, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of extra heating for those chilly St Petersburg winters. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day.
All in all, this hotel was alright, nothing major to complain about.

This hotel in the heart of the city center is a hidden gem. With its rich history and charming atmosphere, it offers a unique experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, arranging guided tours and even securing last-minute tickets to a ballet performance. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from top tourist attractions, excellent restaurants, and the Metro. The clean and spacious rooms, along with excellent wifi, made for a comfortable stay.
No significant negatives found, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and restaurants. The proximity to major sights and the convenience of having a nearby convenience store were a plus. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. They gave great suggestions for sightseeing and arranging taxis. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast served in the historic dining room was a wonderful way to start the day.
All was fine; nothing stood out as needing improvement.

The hotel is centrally located and close to many of the major attractions. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was polite and informative. The breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a great cost saver. The shower had hot water and the towels were fresh and clean.
The hotel was difficult to find as there was no proper signage or directions. The hotel lobby was small with no seating or decor.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly staff who made me feel at home. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the main attractions. The breakfast was great, with a wide range of options to choose from, perfect way to start the day.
Sadly, I experienced some wifi connectivity issues during my stay. The traffic noise was quite disturbing and constant, especially at night.
